After filling out our project inquiry form, here, with as much information as possible, Studio JC will review and determine whether our team is a perfect match for your project. If we feel we are a good fit for you, we will reach out to schedule our initial consultation phone call or meeting.
We will discuss your scope of services and determine goals for your project all while getting to know you and your space(s). This phase is where we will measure and photograph your spaces if they are existing. Studio JC will then outline the scope of work in a letter of agreement to be signed by you and submitted with our requested non-refundable retainer.
Upon the signing of the agreement, collaboration with you begins to create a schematic design. Design presentations are given, and initial supporting drawings are created.
All final changes are made to concept designs and drawings. This is when we will review any proposal with you and orders are placed upon approval and deposit. Also, documentation for contractors or sub-contractors are created to communicate designs.
Throughout the project, we will keep you informed of any delays, estimated ship dates, and estimated installation days. With regular site visits, our design team will oversee installation of furnishings and/or design concepts. We will collaborate and review the work of contractors or sub contractors.
Lastly, the team will have a walk-through with you, final payments will be due, and any finishing touches will be made!
